Welcome Holy Family Fathers and Brothers of the Youth, UK
Today’s celebration honours the Holy Family Fathers and Brothers of the Youth (HFFBY), a Nigerian‑founded Roman Catholic missionary congregation now active in the United Kingdom. We give heartfelt thanks for their steadfast dedication to nurturing young faith, supporting vulnerable communities, and sustaining vital missionary outreach. Their core mission—advancing the Roman Catholic faith through vibrant youth ministry, relief of poverty and continued missionary work—resonates deeply with our parish commitment to service, prayer and fellowship. Join us in prayerful gratitude for their ministry, in solidarity with those they serve, and in both practical and spiritual support of their ongoing work among young people and the poor. Our parish warmly hosted clergy from across the UK for Mass, prayer, reflection and shared fellowship, creating a welcoming space for spiritual renewal, mutual encouragement and practical support for family life. Through the intercession of Jesus, Mary and Joseph, the day strengthened family bonds and inspired households to live their faith with renewed courage, compassion and steadfast commitment.
